We only collect this information where you have given your explicit consent, it is necessary, or you have deliberately made it public.
Our Access Points are not intended for those aged below 18. If data of those aged below 18 is collected as a result of a purchase on our Access Points then the legal basis for this use is to fulfil our contractual obligations.
If we collect data relating to children who are aged below 16 years (for example names, dates of birth, photographs) we will always ask for consent from an adult over the age of 18.
